80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir

Look for a
concentrated honeysuckle floral aroma, lemon-grass, lime blossom, with a spicy potpourri of
coriander and fresh basil leaf. The flavor is delightfully fresh with a super-creamy mouth-feel.
The bead is extra fine and lasts well into your second flute-full. Citrus flavors wrapped into
vanilla crème are framed by a light touch of toasted yeast character. The finish is complex,
lasting, mineral in character with that crème setting sail on the taste buds.
