Color: Pale straw with brilliant luminosity.

Aroma: Citrus, honey, pineapple, grapefruit and orange blossom.

Mouthfeel: Lively tropical/citrus fruit, balanced acid with nice texture.

"This sunny young wine leads with aromas of ripe apple spiced with mace, accented with a touch of green herb. On the palate it's as fresh as white wine gets, with a succulent mindpalate thats leavened elegantly, with a fine, talc-like minerality."
